How It Works 

On the upload page you will be presented with a screen to select your files and upload them for printing. You can select single images, multiple images, or entire folders of images. When you are done selecting your photos, simply click on "Upload", to go to the next step.

When the upload is complete

You will be taken to a web page with thumbnail images of your files, and a menu to order your prints. After completing your order you'll need to fill out some information so we can identify your order.You can choose to have your photos shipped to you, or choose to pick them up at any Murphy's Camera location.

Regarding your credit card information

If you choose to have your order shipped to you, you must provide a valid credit card before you can proceed with your order. We will charge your card when your order is complete and ready to be shipped. If you choose to pick up your order, you will not be asked for your credit card info; instead, you will pay when you pick up your order, using whatever method you wish (cash, check, credit card).

You will receive a confirmation email when we have successfully downloaded your order, and another email when your order is about to be printed.

IMPORTANT: Your order is not complete until you receive a confirmation number at the end of the checkout process. Please make a note of this number should you wish to check on your order.

Image Quality 

For best results your images should be at least 320ppi at actual print size. Larger size files will work fine, but smaller than 320ppi at 100% may show "pixelation" and be of poor quality. Call us at 502-485-1500 if you have questions, and we'll be glad to help!

If your images are of high enough resolution a green check mark will appear next to the image size on the order page. If you see a red "X" your images are at too low a resolution. You may still print a picture with a red "X" but it will most likely be of poor quality.

Printed image quality is determined primarily by the "Megapixel" resolution of the digital files you create. If your camera has adjustable settings, always choose the largest size. Image compression is also important. Most cameras have settings like Good-Better-Best, HQ-SHQ, or Basic-Normal-Fine. Always choose the Best, SHQ or Fine settings for best print quality.

How Soon Will Your Prints Be Ready For Pick Up?  

Next Day Service available Monday-Friday at the Bardstown Road Location only. Allow 2-3 days for pick up at other Murphy's locations.

If you choose to have your photos shipped, you must enter your credit card information online for billing. Orders uploaded to our lab are typically printed and shipped within 1 or 2 days.
