An increasing number of digital point & shoot cameras feature exposure controls traditionally found on interchangeable lens systems. Combine this with larger sensors, improved low-light performance, and the ability to add accessory flashes, and you have cameras with the potential for greater image quality, but with more complexity. This two-hour class will discuss the strengths (and limitations) of such cameras as the Nikon Coolpix P series, Canon Powershot SX and G series, and Fujifilm X and F series. Topics include: controlling exposure, depth of field, bracketing, and more.
